Hotel Francis Arlene Adults Only Isla Mujeres

I loved my recent stay at Hotel Francis Arlene Adults Only. The owners were incredibly kind and friendly, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location was perfect, being quiet and close to the beach and dive shop. The hotel also had a great AC system and a nice balcony area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great time!

The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything in the north part of the island. It was conveniently situated in the center near playa northe restaurants and just a short walk away from the beach. The comfortable bed and good air conditioning made for a pleasant stay.

The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. Great amenities in the spacious rooms, including a fully equipped kitchenette. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the hotel is incredible! It is right on the beach and close to everything we needed. We were able to easily walk to nearby breakfast places and it was a short walk to the Malecon. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel also had a water dispenser in the reception area, which was convenient. the location and service made our stay enjoyable.

One negative aspect was the water pressure, which was unpredictable.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were welcoming and bright. We appreciated the free water provided and the convenient location close to the beach. The hotel's proximity to a laundrette and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally attentive, kind, and friendly, making us feel like guests in a beautiful home.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, right in the center of everything and close to all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the front desk who provided excellent service. Additionally, the rooms were well-maintained and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. I also appreciated the fact that my room was on the top level and had a kitchenette, which was a convenient feature. I found this hotel to be great value for money, with basic amenities and a good breakfast.

Clean, sweet little hotel with a good central location. The hotel was perfectly located close to everything, which was really awesome. We were able to walk to most places from the hotel, including the beautiful beaches, malecon, and various restaurants and bars. The rooms, especially the ones on the top level, were cleaned with fresh towels daily and had a kitchenette, which was a convenient feature. The shared outdoor space was a nice touch as well. The staff was accommodating and provided good service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered breakfast, which was a great added benefit. In terms of improvement, all was ok.

The hotel is in good condition and the rooms are well-sized. the air conditioning worked well and the shower was warm and clean. the wifi was strong, and I was able to store my luggage at the reception. the location was very central and close to Playa Norte and the downtown area.

The towels in the room were stained and the fridge was dirty. the walls were thin, so there was some noise from the street.
